🎥 Refund & Exchange Proof
A continuous, uncut video is required. It must show payment, login, and reward check, with date and time visible. Without valid video proof, no refund or exchange is possible.
⚠️ One-Time Use
Each reward can be claimed only once per game account. Previously claimed rewards will not appear again.
🔗 Linking Rule
This Twitch account can be linked only once. Before buying, unlink any existing Twitch account.
🎮 How It Works
Pay → Receive the Twitch account and guide → Follow the steps → Restart the game.
Rewards may take 10 minutes to 24 hours. Logging out and back in may help.
🟢Drops rewards for Escape from Tarkov: Arena are delivered upon the next time you log into the game (after the interface update, this can happen even without a "notification window", simply by falling into the stash)
🟢Make sure you haven't previously received Twitch Drops on your account. Otherwise, only those rewards (and in the amount) that you haven't received before, or none at all, will be delivered.
