How to secure your purchase

- A continuous screen recording must be started before the transaction and remain uninterrupted. The recording must clearly show the login process and a full review of the account information and content. (Thats required)

- If a valid video recording is not provided, refunds will not be issued in cases of incorrect account information or incorrect account content.

- No exceptions will be made without proper video evidence.

- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as soon as possible for extra protection.

- No refunds will be given if you purchased the account by mistake, do not like the account, or have too high expectations.

- Important Not binding your email/phone number may result in Roblox resetting your password. If this happens, we cannot assist you in retrieving your password.

- Important Some accounts are linked to an unverified email address for security purposes; don't worry, you can change this email and gain full access. 

- Compatible with any platfrom. Once access is verified, you can change all your personal information.

- Refunds will not be given in the following cases: • You purchased the wrong account • You do not have the correct version of the game • You lack the resources to use the account properly • In other cases (incorrect account information, incorrect account content), if you do not have a video recording that was not started before the transaction (a video recording of you checking the account contents after logging in), we will not accept any refunds.
